Client challenge:
- The client is the #1 Uranium producer in the world and has planned an IPO. The company has begun the corresponding transformation program along with SAP ERP, PPM, BPC, MDG and HCM implementation. The program has affected over 3,000 employees over two years.
Key Objectives and Scope:
- The client had a number of IT instruments, including a Situation Center, Integrated Planning System, and others. The SAP ERP project had to fulfil an important role in the company’s system of IT solutions. The system had to provide the ability to make the right decisions and correctly solve vital issues for the enterprise. The client was the first in its region to embark on the implementation of such a large project.
Our Approach:
- Develop corporate SAP template (for ERP, PPM, BPC, HCM, MDG)
- Rollout template to HQ, plants, and fields
- To execute the program, we used a hybrid methodology, blending traditional delivery with Agile methods to drive speed and success at scale
