Project description:
Corporate template roll‑out project for a baby food (including dairy products) production facility.
The project included the phases for identifying gaps in the global template, for design and implementation, for testing and user training, and for the transition to production, including data migration and the preparation of business functions.
The scope of the project included procurement, production, distribution, repairs, production and incoming quality control, accounting and tax accounting, and control, including production control.
Functional scope: SAP ERP MM, SD, FI, CO, PP, PM, MII/OEE.
Results
The system was launched in a record‑breaking four months, starting from the project preparation and planning phase. The project was completed successfully, and the first closing in SAP ERP was performed within one business week.
