SAP S/4HANA implementation program

Project description:

The client is the largest non-state enterprise in terms of revenue ($71B) in its region. The company has operations and subsidiaries in more than 28 countries around the world.

The client started a SAP S/4HANA implementation program.

We are responsible for downstream: Refinery, Retail, Lubricants branch, Transport, and Energy.

The anticipated goal of the project is to increase the efficiency of the client's facilities by improving information technology support and by defining and implementing the target architecture for the enterprise resource management systems and production processes, taking into account global best practices.
