Design of a maintenance management system for the client’s upstream division
Project description:
As part of the project, our specialists:
- Developed a uniform concept, standards and documentation for maintenance management processes.
- Developed a uniform database featuring data on all the equipment in order to track equipment life cycles in a single information space.
- Developed integrated maintenance planning (mechanics, instrumentation and control equipment, APCS, energy, gas equipment, pipelines).
- Designed an SAP‑enabled solution.
- Integrated the solution into the client’s processes and organizational structure.
Results
